I am a kind of very straight forward and easy going person but seems to be addicted in computer programming passion.
I am suspecting myself as a programming addicted person because I love program new system system, analyse system, and the bad thing is I always try to find the bad and weak parts and sections in the system. This addiction reduced my sleeping times, sometimes you will find me awake in the middle of the night because I can not sleep when I get something in my head and hear TAP TAP sound from keyboard means doing some scripting but do not think I am chatting. I do chat sometimes when I win any challenge.
I enjoy every bit of my work and challenge and I can not live without these. I enjoy the full taste of it only when I see people using my developed system. Here is a funny one –

I developed and she was taking long process to update asset information. I have shown her the quickest and easy way to do the job. She was surprised to see that
and asked, how did I know the system? My friend told her, I am the developer of this system but she could not believe it. She asked me, how did I do this?"
The exception with this profession, you will have never end of learning. Technology is changing so rapidly and if you do not update your knowledge with latest technology you could run far behind others. In general profession, that does not seem to be happened very frequently except all technical professions. Basic fundamentals and logical process never changed.
Oracle Application Express Competition 2009
The Oracle Technology Network (OTN) conducted a competition to promote the development of new Oracle Application Express (APEX) applications by Oracle developers.

I have participated in this competition and I am one of the luckiest person to be won the competition. I have developed a new system in Oracle Application Express called School Management System (SMS). The whole idea, concept was absolutely mine. I have developed the database design, and interface in Oracle APEX. Fundamental functionality of the system is to manage school on a day to day basis. It includes students, teacher, enrolments, fees, library etc modules to store information.

I have been working for Department of Environment and Conservation since 2007 as a system developer. As of my job role, I am developing a few new systems in Oracle Application Express.
Some of them are migration from old filemaker database system to Oracle and a few brand new system. In terms to migrate the old system to new system, lot of system review works done, analysed stakeholder requirements and
business process. Commercial Operator Licensing system is one of the complex system for different level of users and security issues. I have completed that system and this system is running in production environment now.

Now seems I spend most of my time developing web based applications in ASP.NET. Recently I have finished complete and detail system of School Management System (SMS).
This system is developed in broader perspective so that it can be implemented in any school with less work and less time. Saying that the school must have to have same
sort of policy, plan, management in place. The reason behind this system development was to introduce a common framework for all public schools in Bangladesh.
I have trying to communicate with propert authority to introduce this system.
In brief, this system will allow user to register student only once in the whole school life, the student will be automatically or manually enrol into next class depending on their
results and performance in the class. Student can check their progress at any time, pay their fees, print official receipt, borrow book from library, print official academic transcript and so on.
I am willing to contribute in building the national framework in Bangladesh in such sectors like education, transport etc in future.
